Huge milestone today at CCR! After our workshop that explores the search for "perfect expresso," we will have a guest speaker from a Bolivia "micro coffee" lot that will teach us the finer points of enjoying coffee gown in small batches between altitudes of 1,200 and 2,000 meters.
