The start of the new school year is underway and needless to say, things are different. Masks, hand sanitizer, social distancing, Clorox wipes, more hand sanitizer, this is what our world has become. And I must say it sure makes things interesting. So let’s see how well you know your seniors, who are these masked seniors? I will reveal their identities tomorrow. Good luck!

Had the chance to shoot some group photos for Ridgeview high’s formal, what a great time.

One of my favorite senior shoots of the year was Jada Davis of Highland High School. She came so prepared and knew exactly what she wanted, gotta love that.

With 2020 upon us, it’s time to look back at some of my favorites of 2019. Bakersfield high school senior Aliyah Robles is among them. We rarely do indoor photo shoots, preferring to take advantage of the beautiful outdoor scenery.

The school year is over and it’s time to get ready for next year. But looking back, this photo shoot was hands down my favorite of the year. Susan Chaidez of BHS had the brilliant idea of taking a team picture made up of representatives from each sport. What a great idea and it worked beautifully. Thanks Susan.

We have reached the end of the school year and this senior really stands. Bakersfield High school senior Adrian Moreno not excelled on the football field, but in the classroom as well. Adrian is headed to the Colorado School of Mines. Great job Adrian.

This week’s picture of the week is of Mazuengele Kulungu a senior at Bakersfield high school. An aspiring journalist, Mazuengele is a fascinating person to talk to. I had a great time on her senior shoot.

We had the pleasure of photographing a representative of each sport at Bakersfield High School. We were able to get in a couple of locations before the sprinklers went off and put an end to things. Our only problem now is deciding which photo to hand in our studio.
