Low Carb Spicy Chicken Nuggets Ingredients: 4 large chicken breasts 5 eggs 2 Large bags of (Hot N' Spicy) fried pork skins or any pork skins of choice... Salt/Pepper/Garlic Powder Directions: 1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2) Defrost and Cut Chicken breasts into bite sized pieces 3) Crush/Grind pork skins as fine as you can get them. 4) Mix in 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons pepper, and 2 teaspoons garlic powder. 5) Whip eggs in separate bowl. 6) Dip chicken pieces in egg, roll in pork skin mixture and place on cooking sheet. 7) Bake for 20-45 minutes depending on size of chicken pieces and how crispy you want them. 8) ENJOY!
Spinach Bacon Chicken Melts w/ side of bacon wrapped asparagus Ingredients: 4 large chicken breasts 2 Cups Spinach 1/4 cup goat cheese... 1/2 pound Bacon burnt ends 1/2 medium purple onion Salt/Pepper/Garlic Powder 1 bundle asparagus 4 Slices thick sliced pepper bacon Directions: 1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2) Cut Chicken breasts in half 3) Stuff chicken evenly amongst all 4 with goat cheese, bacon ends, spinach, and purple onion. 4) Sprinkle tops of chicken breasts with salt/pepper/garlic powder. 5) Bake for 45-80 mins depending on size of chicken 6) Bundle asparagus in groups of three. 7) Wrap bacon around bundles 8) Sprinkle with salt/pepper 9) Bake 15-30 mins (until crispy) 10) ENJOY!
Spaghetti Squash Pizza Bombs Ingredients: 1 medium spaghetti squash 1 cup of your favorite brand pizza sauce 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella (or favorite cheese)... Try my Low Carb Guilt Free Choco-Peanutbutter Cookies (Guilt Free) Ingredients:... 1 Cup creamy Peanut butter 1 Cup Splenda 1 Egg 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 Cup sugar free chocolate chips Directions: 1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2) Mix creamy Peanut Butter, Splenda, Eggs, and Vanilla Extract in large bowl 3) Roll dough into quarter sized pieces and place on cookie sheet 4) Using a fork press into each cookie ball making cross hatched designs 5) Bake for 10-12 mins 6) melt sugar free chocolate chips in microwave for 30-45 seconds. 7) Remove cookies from over and let cool 8) drizzle melted chocolate over the top of each cookie 9) ENJOY!
Low-Carb B.A.E Bombs Ingredients: 12 thick bacon strips 12 fresh eggs Salt/Pepper... 2 medium tomatoes 1 large green bell pepper 1 large avocado Cheese of your liking (Optional additives - any vegetable, meat, etc.) Directions: 1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2) Lightly cook bacon and wrap into Pam sprayed cupcake tray. 3) Crack egg and place into each bacon wrap 4) add salt/pepper sparingly 5) Top with cheese, tomatoes, and bell pepper 4) Place in oven and let bake for 15-25 mins.
