The Preschool Bridging Model Plus (PBM Plus) is designed to enhance the quality of care and education for young children in Sacramento County. Support and technical assistance are offered in four areas: site development, instructional support, workforce development, and transition to preschool and kindergarten. Additional Information Funded by First 5 Sacramento, Preschool Bridging Model Plus (PBM Plus) is a professional growth program for teachers working in private centers and family child care homes in Sacramento County. PBM Plus Early Childhood Education Specialists partner with teachers to identify current strengths and create an individualized professional growth plan to enhance teaching and children’s interactions. Blending weekly coaching and professional development, ECE Specialists support teachers and administrators in applying new knowledge and skills that deepen learning experiences, learning environments, and the use of screening and assessment tools. PBM Plus Family Advocates provide vision and hearing screenings to identify children who may need additional evaluation and provide community resources that support families and children.

As a mom of 4 kids and experience working with kids, I have to say that Ms. Leola Rouse is an amazing person with a beautiful heart. She has always made my kids... feel welcome In her home (they never want to leave). Her child care is beautiful and you can see the love she puts into it.
