WE ARE BACK!!!! Thank you CEO family for your patience during these trying times. We are super excited to see you all again. We have taken every precaution possible to assure your next visit is safe. We will:... *wear a mask at all times *wear gloves at all times *wash and sanitize our hands constantly *sanitize all surfaces that patients contact, including waiting room chairs, pens, clipboards, exam equipment, and eyeglasses *control patient flow into the office. We also ask our patients to help. *please wear a proper fitting mask when entering the office *please call to schedule appointments for ANY office visit (includes eye exam appointments, eyeglass pickups, eyeglass repairs). Walk-Ins for these visits are temporarily not allowed. *please bring only one guest if absolutely necessary (pediatric patient can bring ONE parent, and non-english speakers can bring ONE translator). Spouses, drivers, friends, cannot accompany patient. *please notify us if you have a fever or cough, or have been ill in the last 2 weeks.
