Things tend to get testy in the kitchen and dining room at times, but a heartwarming story, funny joke, and sincere compliment from you helped make it better. You have made all the hard work worthwhile. We have watched your children grow, your families get bigger, and have celebrated countless special occasions with you. You have trul...y become part of our family. We have been fortunate to have had a great staff over the years. They have worked very hard for us in so many ways! There is much that goes on behind the scenes of a restaurant. There is no job that is unimportant and each staff member has played his or her part to keep us in business for the last five years. You have been here with us through it all. You have given up your holidays and family functions. It is hard to express how much we appreciate the dedication, sacrifice and caring you have shown us. Many of you have become like family to us as well, because so many of you have been with us for so long. You and your families have become part of our family. We want to spend the rest of the day doing what we love for the past five years. That is, to serve our guests, to have fun and reminisce with our friends, and to remember everyone who has been a part of our journey.
