This cold front has me daydreaming of summer, Rosé and bruschetta like this delicious recipe post from @wineproblems Not sure about you, but we feel like we’ve been eating the same take out, delivery, & @traderjoes dinners for months now. Yeah, thank you pandemic. #goawayalready With that said, we do like to make some of our own recipes from time-to-time, or even try new ones. One of our staples, that you may have even seen us post pictures of, is Nicole’s Bruschetta. ...It’s a dish that literally anyone can make, and we always get rave reviews for it! It’s an appetizer, it’s lunch, it pairs great with some wines, and it’s like crack to Michael. One of the key ingredients, that really takes this recipe to another level, is the addition of @gourmetblends Balsamic Vinegar. We actually first discovered it/them at a wine tasting event, and we’ve been hooked on their products ever since! Delicious! So much so that we recently spoke to them about collaborating and featuring some of their balsamics and oils in our posts. We already had a cabinet full of them, and now we have even more to try out! So by popular demand, here is a link to Nicole’s Bruschetta Recipe on our website (www.wineproblems.com/recipes.html). It features Gourmet Blends’ Traditional Balsamic, and this time around, we also used their Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, which was new to us. Now let’s talk about the fabulous wine the we paired this with! Rose always goes well with Bruschetta, but in this case our Rose of choice was @rancherocellars 2017 Galaxie. Made from 100% Carignan, a varietal which pairs well with Rosemary, Garlic (which are both infused in the oil), and tomatoes, we felt this Rose in particular would go great, and it did! The nose had hints of melon, mandarin, strawberry lemonade and vanilla. The palate was much bolder, with notes of raspberry, strawberry, hibiscus, and lemon zest. Not overly acidic, but enough to have perfect balance with the creamy burrata cheese. A fantastic wine and pairing- success! @ Ranchero Cellars

Welcome the 2019 CHROME Grenache Blanc from the acclaimed G2 Vineyard in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles, this wine shows a minerality that makes it distinct from the Chromes of the past. Along with all the crisp apple, ripe pear, and zesty citrus notes, you’ll find a soft richness that complements the firm acidity. In the mouth, generous fruit suggests sweetness, but the finish, like the wine itself, is bone dry and seamlessly clean. And the pairings are almost infinite. Do check it out among our other new releases at www.rancherocellars.com LINK IN BIO @rancherocellars #supportartisanwinemakers #shoplocal #shemakeswine #grenacheblanc

I'd like to introduce you to Fancy Boots, which is an appropriately fancy Petite Sirah from the Willow Creek District. I know! Petite Sirah! I have attempted to bring to this wine a soft, silky mouthfeel to complement its beautiful berry, violet, and graphite nose. Ultimately, this is a wine of unmistakable Ranchero Cellars style, with muscularity and depth balanced by lively acidity and considerable length. A great addition to your wine selection. To be shared with boots on or off! Please click on over to www.rancherocellars.com (link in Bio @rancherocellars) #shemakeswine #petitesirah
