A special shout out to our healthcare heros!! You may not think of transport when you think of the front lines, but we are there! Our staff endures multiple daily screens at every stop and santizes more than they drive. They know that every-single-person that we transport is high risk and these faces are their direct line of defense!! I mean really, our emblem is a shield and in our eyes this is a crew of warriors!! May we always remember that in every bad there is a good, in all darkness there is a light and in all destruction there are heros. We will never forget this day as long as we live, no matter how many years pass, or how watered down some try to make it. On this day, we were attacked on our own soil by terrorists, and on this day America stood proud together and heros rose from among the ash!

Care-A-Van would like to extend our well wishes to all of our customers and to our community. We would like to especially thank all of the health care workers who are putting their lives on hold to care for others and to keep our community safe. It is a crazy and unprecedented time right now. Here is what Care-A-Van is doing to help keep you and your loved ones safe: 1) Care-A-Van practices a routine of Universal Standard Precautions with all transports. 2) All Van's are equ...ipped with hand sanitizer for our staff and Medical-grade disinfectant wipes. 3) All drivers are currently being screened several times per day for fevers and any signs of illness. We currently have not had any drivers test positive for a fever, however, they would not be permitted to drive transports if found to have a fever. 4) Van's are wiped down with medical grade wipes several times per day for all contact surfaces including inside and outside handles. We understand that we transport a very sensitive population and we are taking extra measures beyond our already strict routine to do our best to ensure you and your loved ones are getting where you need to go safely and without concern.
