Dear Patients and friends, we hope you are all staying safe and well. We at CCMG remain committed to providing the highest quality cardiac care during this extraordinary time. We are offering telehealth visits and limiting both staff and patients in our offices to minimize risk and keep everyone safe. Patients needing critical cardiac testing and management are still being treated and we continue to evaluate and monitor the situation on a daily basis. As the healthcare community continues to prepare and respond to the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the United States, we wanted to let you, our patients, know the precautions we are taking and assure you that we are here to meet your cardiac needs. Right now, all offices remain open. We are following CDC guidelines for healthcare facilities and have instructed staff members with illness of any kind to stay home. We are going above and beyond the standard infectio...n control requirements by extending disinfection of public common touch areas (reception counter, door knobs, etc) multiple times throughout the day in all offices. In addition, we ask for your cooperation. If you are experiencing influenza-like symptoms (such as sore throat, fever, or cough) or have traveled internationally, please call ahead and reschedule your elective appointment or ask to speak to your cardiologist for guidance.
