Contact the forest Visitor Information Team for travel planning assistance. They are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We're open after temporary closure for parking lot maintenance. Come on up before the winter storms!

Caples Lake Boat Launch will be temporarily closed for maintenance beginning on Oct 7th through October 13th. During this time period we will be resealing and stripping the parking lot. On October 14th we will re-open the facility until conditions warrant closure for the season. Thank you for your understanding.
