Kern’s Housing for the Harvest program provides temporary housing assistance for agricultural workers who have been exposed to the coronavirus and need a safe place to isolate themselves. By staying in a hotel away from other people, you can protect your family and co-workers from contracting COVID-19. Today's food distribution at Catholic Charities was the last Free Farmers Market for the year. As hunger continues to grow in our community, we are thankful for all the volunteers and community partners who make these events possible.

Today CAPK Head Start and Early Head Start programs picked up pumpkins that will be used to support our educational curriculum. Children will be carving, feeling and exploring them while discussing Harvesting and Fall Themes. Thank you to everyone who made this happen.
