Hello there! Comin’ at you live from downtown Sacramento where the buildings are being built (construction begins around 5 a.m.) and the trees are being trimmed. It’s a noisy morning. C’est la vie! ...Let’s take a look at today’s haps under the dome. Both houses convene for Floor Session at 9 a.m. with six measures in Assembly Third Reading and 33 measures in Senate Third Reading. Then upon adjournment of Session the following committees meet: Senate Governance and Finance hearing 14 measures and Senate Insurance hearing three measures. And last but certainly not least, Spring Break begins upon adjournment (J.R 51 (a)(2))! Also for the score keepers, 27 measures have been amended since yesterday and four measures were introduced since yesterday. TTYL!
