At the heart of our re-opening plans, safety remains the focus for our residents and employees. With so much uncertainty we are accounting for many variables. We understand that the reduced amenity hours and limited capacity for use of amenities is an inconvenience and we appreciate your patience. Fitness Center Re-opening: The fitness center capacity is limited to 3 residents at a time. To make use and access this amenity resident(s) must enter through the main clubhouse ...entrance and check-in at the leasing desk. All other doors and pedestrian gates to facilities will be locked. Upon check-in every resident must have their temperature taken and recorded on the check-in sheet. After screening every resident will be provided a disposable wrist band and will be allowed use of fitness center for 90 minutes. We are allotting times for residents to workout, if you would like to schedule in advance please call or e-mail the leasing office. Residents may schedule up to 24hrs in advance, limit 1 time slot a day. Once you are done using the fitness center we ask that you wipe down the equipment, and check-out at the front desk. This will allow for the next scheduled resident to enter the fitness center! We ask that you respect the amenity policies and procedures set in place by American Property Management. If a resident(s) does not abide by the rules set forth they will be asked to leave the amenity space for the remainder of the day. We understand the frustrations and that this slow transition of re-opening is inconvenient. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
