Melt away stress, anxiety and tension in our #InfraredSauna . Our sauna uses infrared light to heat your body from the inside out. . Unlike a traditional sauna that will only heat the air around you and raise your outer skin temperature, our infrared sauna raises your internal temperature causing you to detox and sweat at a much deeper level.... . Studies are showing that regular 30 minute sessions in infrared saunas can have positive effects on high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, dementia, Alzheimer's, Type 2 Diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and headaches. . Leave the sauna feeling totally relaxed and reset. . We recommend using the sauna before your float! . This is what a warrior looks like! . Breast cancer is a type of cancer that starts in the breast. Cancer starts when cells begin to grow out of control. Breast cancer cells usually form a tumor that can often be seen on an x-ray or felt as a lump. Breast cancer occurs almost entirely in women, but men can get breast cancer, too. Any breast lump or change needs to be checked by a health care professional to determine if it is benign or malignant (cancer) and if it might affect... your future cancer risk. . As some of you know a member of the Capitol Floats Family got diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Our dear Amber underwent double lumpectomy surgeries and radiation alone during quarantine. Cancer was no match for her beaming light and she is now Cancer free. She is encouraging everyone to do self breast exams and to visit the doctor regularly. Early detection is best. . October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and we stand with Amber and everyone this disease has impacted. . #breastcancerawareness #floattherapy #supportyourcommunity #breastcancersurvivor See more

Today, I want you to think about all the things that you are instead of all the things you are not.

"After spending time in blissful isolation, letting go of stress and pain, or possibly unlocking new creative ideas, what happens next? . When you leave the float tank, there are many different things you could be feeling. For most, the physical sensations are very similar to receiving a massage, or taking a long, restful nap. Your body will feel comfortable, relaxed, and pampered. Many feel a release of old aches and pains that they felt before entering the float tank, which... can lead to either a feeling of intense relaxation, or a feeling of renewed energy and vigor." . . . #floattherapy #recognizeyourpotential #capitolfloats #sacramento #oakpark See more
