I'll be teaching the 10am Reformer 1 and the Mixed Level 5:30pm classes today at The Capital Athletic Club www.capitalac.com. Special Guest Teacher, Stefanie Fricano, at 5:30pm! We offer 2 FREE Reformer classes/week to all members! For those new to Pilates Reformer training, we offer the Quick Start package - 3, 1-1 sessions with a Pilates Teacher to get you prepared for our classes for only $150.00. CAC Pilates - where doing Pilates doesn't break the bank!

This week we have 3 Free Demo classes in the CAC Pilates Studio: Tue. 1/2 9:30am Joint Health and Mobility Thur. 1/4 1:00pm Joint Health and Mobility Sat. 1/6 12:00pm Reformer Demo Sign Up in the Pilates Binders at the front desk and the Small Group Training table!

Our next Free Reformer Demo Class is Saturday, December 9th at 12pm.

Tonight is the first night of our Tower Combo class at 4:00pm. Play on both the Tower and Reformer in this class!
