There are seven proposed ballot measures included on this year's election ballot. For voting members, it is important to know the changes each ballot measure proposes, which is why we are spotlighting each of the ballot measures. Board Director Terms: If this ballot measure is approved, the Board Director terms will change to two consecutive four-year terms (for a total of eight years). Effective December 21, 2020, app-based transportation and delivery services such as Uber, Lyft, Instacart, Grubhub, DoorDash, Postmates, etc., are exempt from being called in by a member of the community. Community access will now be granted provided the driver can show a valid Canyon Lake order for delivery / pick up on the app and can also present his / her valid driver’s license. The driver’s app will be proof that you requested their service. Upon verification, the deliv...ery drivers will no longer be issued a paper pass. Instead, a one-time entry will be recorded against the responsible member’s property. Any subsequent request for re-entry on the same day will have to be accompanied by another valid delivery / pick up order. This change is being made to prevent members from being responsible for those drivers and citations while they are servicing other members. See more

Halloween is right around the corner Canyon Lake! Remember, on Halloween day (Saturday) the pool will close early at 5 p.m. As a reminder, with the lower attendance in the fall/winter, the pool is no longer requiring reservations. We will still have a max capacity of 140 people in the pool area, and all social distancing, face coverings, and sanitation requirements are still in place. For more information about the pool, visit www.clpoa.com/pool.
