The following was sent to us a few hours ago by a concerned resident. It is presented just as we received it. Never hurts to be on the alert. "Apparently there is a guy or guys going around the complex pretending to be Spectrum employees trying to get inside units for an inspection when they are casing the joint. A few days after they visit, break-ins happen. The guy came to my place tonight at 5:40 PM when it was getting dark. I got rid of him quickly although I didn’t know if he was a scammer or not. He went to one other unit a few days earlier. When asked for ID, he didn’t have any and when the resident wanted to take his photo, he ran off. It might be worthwhile alerting folks to this."
