Finally! The vaccines your dogs get as a puppy are essential. After that...they are good to go. Dont let your grooming shop or daycare tell you otherwise.

If you ask a dog to do something and you have the patience of a Saint...the dog WILL do it. It just may not be when you want it. The key is to get the animal ready for a scene. Which is why most actors dont want to work with children or animals. It can take forever...but not if the dog is scene ready. Sidenote: I love ALL of my animal actor friends and Trainers. This is an unfortunate event and Im sure will be dealt with appropriately. After speaking with 2 of my close animal... actor trainers/friends...we agree that he clearly doesn't understand animal behavior...nor was the dog ready for the set. He screwed up. P.S. I will still see the movie despite PETAs suggestion. Alot of hard work goes into these movies, and I do not believe anyone on the set was ok with this type of behavior...nor would they let it continue. http://www.syracuse.com//a_dogs_purpose_animal_abuse_movie See more
