We’ve got the perfect cheese for your weekend plans. This Sacred Dame cheese is produced using raw Murciana goat’s milk in the town of El Carpio de Tajo, just outside of Toledo. This cheese is aged a minimum of 6 months to accentuate the best features of the cheese, which has a full, sweet and grassy flavor and great protein formation. Its finish is bright and tangy.
