Scouts in action.

Changes to the requirements for several Scouts BSA merit badges have been posted on the BSA web site at https://www.scouting.org//advancement-and-aw/merit-badges/ One change that will impact us at camp: For Lifesaving Merit Badge, Requirement 2 now says, "2. Before doing requirements 3 through 15... Earn the Swimming merit badge." As a result, we will be requiring Swimming Merit Badge as a prerequisite for Lifesaving Merit Badge. Scouts won't be able to take both merit badges at the same time.
