Our first ever Kesem at Home was one to remember! The week brought so many new memories, friends, and proved that the Kesem magic can be brought home. Hello Kesem family! We know it’s been awhile since you’ve seen anything on our social media, but this has been a drastic change for all of us and we are finally getting adjusted to it all. Due to our current situation, we would just like to remind you all that camp will be held remotely this year. Although it BREAKS OUR HEARTS, we need to do so in order to ensure the safety of campers, camper families, counselors and staff. But don’t worry, we have been working hard already t...o ensure that this first time kind of event will be the best as possible for our Kesem family. If any of you have ideas for our remote camp this summer, we want you to comment them down below! We’d love to hear what would work best for you all! We can work together to make this experience unforgettable. Remember we are HERE FOR YOU, we are a family. And we are sending everyone well wishes. Stay healthy and stay connected. Hello, CK UCSD family! As we near the camp season, Camp Kesem at UC San Diego is preparing to participate in Summer Season Staffing Campaign 2020! This is a week-long nationwide push to fill nurse and mental health professional openings across the country! And we need YOUR help to keep our camp as safe as possible! There are a few ways you can help support our recruitment process leading up to camp: 1. If you have any connections to a hospital/cancer/counseling center/etc., y...ou can touch out to us for more info! 2. If you know anyone who qualifies to apply for a nurse or mental health profession position, send us their contact intro through direct message on here, or our Facebook page! 3. Share our social media posts! A simple share can help us reach even more potential applicants. We are aiming to have 100% of our nurses and mental health professionals secured by May 1st and we feel confident that we can accomplish this with your help!
