ZOOM DAY! The forecast has shifted to rain all afternoon so we will be moving our classes to zoom today, March 10. If the rain clears up, we may be able to hold Advanced Acro in person, so check your email this afternoon for more info! All zoom links will be sent via email and available in the Parent Portal.

Reach for the stars. Thinking today of the stage and how much we miss it. As grateful as we are to have in-person classes, we can’t wait to have a show! Watching all of our dancers’ hard work come alive is our favorite thing.

Welcome back! We’re starting classes back up again today in the tent. Please take a moment to review our safety procedures on our website (link on bio) and make sure to bring a mask and a sweater because it’s a little chilly today! We can’t wait to dance with you.

Siena just basking in the sunlight! It’s been getting so dark so early but we’ve been loving our sunsets in the tent.

Brrrrrrr, it’s cold out here! If you have evening ballet classes tonight, make sure to bring some extra layers, preferably ones that are cozy but still allow us to correct technique! Perhaps switch your tights for some leggings or add your CAPA jacket! We’ll be doing all we can to keep our dancers moving and grooving tonight. #CAPAstrong

Some Monday Motivation for you. Oh how we miss the stage! @team_capa has started rehearsing, we are diving deeper into our fall schedule, and we’re looking forward to the day we can all be on stage again. In the meantime, you can catch us working hard in all our classes to be the best dancers we can be.

To watch us dance is to hear our hearts speak. | Hopi saying Day after day, watching students work hard in our outdoor studio classes fills our hearts with joy. We’re so glad to see all of our dancers again!

This year is definitely not starting the way we thought it would... but we’re still ready to dance! Check your emails for an update about our fall season or check out our website for more info on the exciting new class schedule we are releasing - classes begin next week! We are adopting a new model with options for outdoor, socially distanced classes, virtual classes, and a charter option. In the next few days we will also be highlighting a few new additions to our schedule as well as some exciting new choices to personalize your students dance education for the fall semester! #CAPAcreative #CAPAfamily #CAPAstrong

Last week of these classes in the tent before we come out with a new schedule with even more classes (including hip hop!). It’s been so fun having classes in person again. So thankful we’re able to have safe classes on a sprung floor outdoors. And with it finally starting to cool down, being in the tent with our party lights on is so fun!!

It’s time for Acro with Miss Rashelle! Meet us in the tent outside CAPA for some high flying tricks in our outdoor dance space. We’re so excited to be able to offer acrobatics in a safe outdoor space with a teacher as knowledgeable as Miss Rashelle. We’re back in the studio! That is, our new outdoor studio! Our tent is up, our sprung dance floor is down, the marley is laid, and we’re ready to dance. We have so enjoyed doing our dance classes over Zoom but now it’s time to dance safely together. No more tap dancing on mom and dad‘s hardwood floors and no more using the couch as a ballet barre! To kick off our August Mini Session, today we will have ballet with Miss @meredithlcabaniss.
