Attending virtual classes on the computer can be straining, here are some useful wellness tips to help you stay healthy and happy during Zoom University! 1. Avoid bad posture: Remember to sit up straight in order to avoid back and neck pain. Make sure to get a comfortable and supportive work area! 2. Steer clear of strained and blurry eyes: Sit at arm's length to avoid being too close to the screen.... 3. Maintain hydration: Set reminders to get sips of water and avoid feeling exhausted or dehydrated. 4. Keep your blood flowing:Stand up and stretch to keep your stress level at a minimum. 5. Take breaks: Step outside to breathe and smell the fresh air. Learning from home does not mean you have to stay inside all day!
