UC Davis scientists are starting to discuss how #COVID19 intersects with #ClimateChange, which are two major areas of research here. Of course, respiratory and mental health problems are major concerns because wildfires and coronavirus impact both. But when you mix those problems in with health disparities that already exist in certain groups, these impacts on health compound into a far deadlier mix for African American, Latinx and Native populations.
