California Wheat Commission

This has been one of the best wheat projects we have been part of. Our partnership with Yolo Farm to Fork has allowed us to bring this wheat field to school gardens and then bring kids to learn about wheat milling, flour processing, and finally about whole wheat based products at our wheat lab. We would love to see this program expanding to other schools in California. Watch Allison Bright Rose talk about his Dingle Elementary School Wheat Project.
