California Paws Rescue

Lucky day for two of our rescues. Buddy and Isabella, both going to their furever home. Buddy you may remember was surrendered to us due to illness of his owners. Welcome home kids.

Packer has been in a shelter since December. We pulled him from the shelter just recently and could not understand why no one wanted this handsome, sweet, loving guy. His new Dad, a Marine told us they saw his picture and knew he was the one for them. SEMPER FI Packer, you are home.

We would like to welcome Chef Mike Trost to our Board of Directors. He recently raised money, (sponsor a suite) for our new rescue rooms and will be the chef at our Donor Appreciation Dinner coming up. We appreciate all that have donated to this cause to help house our rescues.

Ozzie came to us via a hoarding situation. He doesn't have to worry any more as he will be the only furbaby in the house and will get all the attention he deserves. Happy Adoption day to Ozzie and his dads.

PACKER, a Bull Terrier mix has not had an easy life so far and he is only a year old. He entered the shelter in L.A. on December 29th. He had tapeworms, a 2 inch cut under his eye and a hacking cough. We brought him to the desert this week. With all he has gone thru he is a sweetie, just looking to be loved. He is all better now, just a bit underweight. ... He deserves a fresh start. UPDATE:::::PACKER has been adopted!

This beautiful little puppy was found in Rancho Mirage and brought to us. She is very sweet and missing her family. We are so excited and grateful watching the progress of our new kennels.

We are so excited!!!!!! Thanks to all of you who donated we are able to start building new kennels for our rescue babies. We are a small 501c3non-profit rescue and survive totally on your generosity and the passion of our volunteers to give these furbabies a second chance in their lives. This is day one of demolition and rebuild.
