With a heavy heart, CACEO is sad to announce that Andy Wingert (pictured on the left) from San Bernardino County Code Enforcement passed away a little over a week ago. He was the Code Manager in Ontario before taking the Director position in San Bernardino County over 10 years ago. He was a gentle and quiet man and was always known to wear a bowtie. You will be missed dearly.
