Beginning Monday, November 2, 2020, club hours will be extended at ALL available Cal Fit locations! Join us Monday - Friday as early as 5:00AM before tackling the day's to-do list. Monday - Thursday: 5:00AM-8:00PM... Friday: 5:00AM-6:00PM Saturday-Sunday: 7:00AM-5:00PM* *Rocklin Sports Complex closed on Saturday and Sunday. Lap swimming time slots have also been extended by reservation only. Future club hours will be based on member attendance and feedback. We look forward to seeing you bright and early!

Looking for a spooky Halloween snack that requires minimal ingredients and ZERO baking? APPLE MONSTERS for the win! What you’ll need: SKIN: apple slices (we used Granny Smith) EYES: candy eyeballs with gel icing glue (you can also use marshmallows, raisins, blueberries, chocolate chips, etc.)... MOUTH: peanut butter, almond butter or Nutella TONGUE: sliced strawberries or grapes TEETH: peanuts, slivered almonds, sunflower seeds, or a combo!
