Making Movement a Priority - Tip #4: Eliminate Excuses! If you find yourself struggling to keep scheduled meetings with the stair climber or your favorite Zumba class, focus on eliminating the things that are getting in your way. Set out your workout clothes, and pack your gym bag the night before. Set yourself up for success!

Making Movement a Priority - Tip #3: Plan your workouts! Knowing when you'll be at the gym and what you plan to do when you get there is key to making fitness a habit. Planning your workouts in advance can help you prevent gym boredom, and help you maximize--or even shorten--your time at the club. This can be as simple as noting that you'll be attending Tallie's 10:00AM Pilates class or doing 30 minutes of cardio!

A Regional Stay Home Order, announced December 3, 2020, will go into effect within 48 hours in regions with less than 15% ICU availability. Once triggered, the order will remain in effect for a minimum of 3 weeks. The good news? Public health officials encourage staying active outdoors. The Regional Stay Home Order recognizes the importance of physical and mental health and allows fitness facilities to continue outdoor operations. Looking for a spooky Halloween snack that requires minimal ingredients and ZERO baking? APPLE MONSTERS for the win!
