On this day... 19 years ago 246 people went to sleep in preparation for their morning flights. 2,606 people went to sleep in preparation for work in the morning. 343 firefighters went to sleep in preparation for their morning shift. 60 police officers went to sleep in preparation for morning patrol. 8 paramedics went to sleep in preparation for the... morning shift. None of them saw past 10:00am Sept 11, 2001. In one single moment life may never be the same. Those of us with the California Express Railroadiana & Transportation Show feel honored and blessed as we remember the service and sacrifice of those who gave their lives for our freedom. This weekend is more than just a 3 day weekend. Memorial Day is for remembering those that didn’t make it back, the ones that died for our country. Memorial Day is difficult many military families and friends. Let’s keep them all in our prayers because grieving is never easy.

Because of you, others now regret throwing out their vintage Sear's Catalogs and dried up corn cobs. People stay calm, wash you hands, don't panic, and stop hoarding toliet paper.
