Next time you hike the Litton Trail between Sierra College Drive and Hughes Road you'll notice the hard work that our interns Cortney Rebholtz and Abbey Gyetvai... have been up to. Our friends at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Foundation allowed us to enhance their Memory Garden with native pollinator plants. We installed narrow-leafed milkweed and Douglas iris which will provide more diversity along the trail. Cortney and Abbey completed their 8-week internship through the California Council of Land Trusts Training and Apprenticeship Program (TAP). We're so lucky to help train these future conservationists! Find out more about Litton Trail here: https://www.bylt.org/trail/litton-trail/
