We are planning the first meeting for yoga club! Get ready for an awesome year full of yoga!!!! The first meeting is tentatively planned for Jan 26th at 5:30 pm!

This saturday in claremont I am leading a workshop on pranayama and meditation followed by guided deep relaxation into a healing sound bath from sacred instruments like crystal singing bowls! So excited for all the yoga this year gonna be next level and really raise the vibration! Hope to see ya this saturday! Stay tuned for all the awesome yoga that will be happening!!!
