Our horse sale is June 19!

Gotta Go Get.....a nap. BOTH our students AND our newest filly, by Gotta Go Get It, will most likely need naps today after this filly was born early this morning. It took her a while to nurse. Students had to milk the mare and bottle feed the foal, but she finally figured out how to nurse on her own. Both the mare and filly are doing great this morning, thanks to the hard work and dedication from our fantastic students.

BARN CREW WITH ADMISSIONS DUTIES: Full-time position with competitive benefits to include health insurance and overtime pay. The hours for this position are 7... 3:30 pm and consists of 4 full days and 2 half days. Ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, team player. Applicant must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a solution-oriented mentality. Horse farm experience preferred but also accepting eager applicants with a desire to gain horsemanship knowledge and experience. The Barn Crew team is primarily responsible for cleaning stalls while abiding by strict biosecurity protocols, feeding and watering horses, holding for farriers and veterinarians as needed, assisting with loading difficult patients and other job duties as assigned. Applicant must be willing to provide patients of all breeds and sizes with the best patient care possible. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. RREH RECIPIENT FARM POSITION: Full-time position with competitive benefits to include health & dental insurance and overtime pay. The hours for this position a...re Monday Thursday & Sunday 7 a.m. 4:30 p.m. General Purpose: To cater to the daily herd management needs of nearly 300 recipient mares, assist veterinarians with various reproduction procedures, care for client mares, in addition to fulfilling barn & farm maintenance duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate: Seeking a self-motivated, solution-oriented individual with a passion for the horse. Ideal employee will be eager to learn and grow with a young and budding equine reproduction operation. Individual will be capable of working effectively and efficiently within a close-knit team as well as alone.
