Evolution of a five-tier, 6’ elliptical chocolate sculptural cake: Thank you to @hopebuilt cabinetry in Petaluma for cutting and assembling all nine rough pieces according to precise specs, which were then painted, assembled on site, electrified with 150 LED candles, piped with dense scrollwork then upholstered.
