Milk Tea Reinvented (Featured Drinks: Pruvia Milk Tea/ Strawberry Milk Tea) Traditionally most tea shops use a powder non dairy creamer to make milk tea which is a highly processed powder form substitute for milk. We have decided to take the step to use our fresh milk cream to make milk teas! Cleaner to the taste and an overall more healthy beverage (alternative milks available as well)

For as long as we could remember our grandfather used to talk to us about working hard and having the goal to own your businesses. He was a developer in west Los Angeles after WW2 building apartments. He had countless stories of how he door knocked lots to try and get them to sell for his next project. How he slept at 12am and woke up at 4am while also selling cars and insurance. He was always a pillar of influence for us and continues to be today. @cafepruvia we use our own ...blend of coffee from a roaster in Seattle. We decided to name the main coffee we use for the base of our espresso drinks after him. We hope to carry on a legacy in his name. Our decaf blend was named after our grandmother (his wife)... since she ALWAYS orders decaf coffee. We live by words he always tell us, Take care of your customer first, and they’ll take care of you.
