Our Response to COVID-19 Hi Neighbors, These are truly unprecedented times and just like you all, we are navigating this new reality with a lot of uncertainty. We wanted to reach out you all and let you know where our focus is and how we are adapting to this new reality.... For the past week, we have been doubling down on cleanliness, including sanitizing door handles, register screens, restrooms, and everything else our customers may touch and come into contact with. Our employees know their responsibility to you, us, and each other by not coming into work if they have any ill symptoms. Our goal is to maintain a clean and safe space for everyone and to show that we are taking this public health crisis very seriously. Additionally, we understand the hesitation many in our community have about coming into businesses during this time so we are implementing a ‘no-contact’ way to receive your order and continue to support us, quickly and safely. Starting today, we are introducing Curbside Pickup. For guests coming in the restaurant, we aim to make it a minimal contact experience and suggest using NFC Payments, like Apple Pay. We also are on delivery platforms, UberEats, Grubhub, Postmates, and Food-ex if you would prefer to have it delivered. Many of these services are providing ‘no contact’ delivery options as well. As for our food options, we have pastas in catering pans that fit in your freezer. We have a full-service deli if you are stocking up on staple foods, like meat, cheese, and bread. We can sell dry and frozen pasta in bulk and can sell our sauce to put in your freezer as well. We will continue to be here for you and aim to provide a convenient and safe way to continue to support us. We love our community and ask for your continued patronage during this time.
