GREAT NEWS: Governor Newsom just signed two bills CHIRLA worked hard to see approved: AB 540 (Limon) which creates the California Dreamer Service Incentive Grant and SB 354 (Durazo) the expansion of the California Dream Loan Program to be available to AB 540 students enrolled in a graduate or professional degree program at a UC or CSU. This is historic and we thank the Governor for his leadership in integrating all Californians and securing our state's future. #GoldenPromise
