Check out this charming, completely renovated ground floor one bedroom unit in a small, secluded garden style, 6-unit complex. Stacking washer and dryer included. This one is hot off the press, it hasn't been posted to the CADA website yet. CADA is releasing available units on Friday evenings by 8pm (if we have any). When we have a unit available, the post (found at http://cadanet.org/apartment-listings) will give instructions. We will start an interest list based on the d...ate and time of response via the special phone number or email, which are required. This interest list will be kept open over the weekend and will be closed on Monday at 8am. You must follow the specific instructions inside the post for each unit, (and not call the main office). You will need to read the post carefully for unit details (price, size, date available, etc.). Should you have additional questions, you may call the main office number, 916.322.2114, and ask for a leasing agent, but calling the main number to ask questions will not place you on the interest list. You may also email our leasing agent directly at [email protected] with questions, but please understand that leasing is inundated at this time and it may take a while for her to get back to you. Your best bet is to check the listing every Friday and following the instructions to be placed on the interest list.
