Online Classes focusing on Flexibility & Strengthening your body! These stretches will help you learn how to properly target the areas and muscle groups you intend to improve. Whether you want to learn to do the splits Or simply want to condition your body to be able to reach beyond your toes... these sessions will help achieve your flexibility goals! Classes will be held Online via Zoom on select Monday's & Thursday's @ 7:30PM for the month of August.
