Starting in Solana Beach, we will cruise through Rancho Santa Fe and over the Del Dios Highway, past Lake Hodges and into Escondido. #repost @tremaynes_trucks For those interested in a group cruise to Dino’s Git Down 2020, @bubs.garage and myself will be heading up a cruise leaving Friday morning. Here are the details: First meetup spot will be the Buckman Springs Rest Area off Interstate 8, about 30 minutes east of Alpine. Meet up here at 5:30am, caravan will be leaving at 6:00am SHARP!... Some things to keep in mind: We’ve planned gas stops along the way, so unless your truck consumes an absurd about of gasoline, you should be fine. We will give everyone a detailed printout of our scheduled stops along the way the morning of the cruise. Our average cruising speed will be 75-80 MPH. Bring any supplies you may need (oil, tranny fluid, power steering fluid, radiator stop-leak, etc.) Keep our scheduled stops short and sweet, we don’t have a lot of time for dilly-dallying. There will be no food-related stops along the way, so be sure to bring your own food (BYOF). We will provide donuts at our first stop at Buckman Springs Rest Area.
