Thinking of Sellinh your home? It’s time for step two of the Simply Selling process: Advertise It! You’ve worked your tail off getting your home ready to list it has never looked better, and you can’t wait to share it with the world. Curious how to advertise your home? Here are five ways to get it in front of potential buyers and make a great first impression: Create a gallery of stunning photos. Your listing photos are your first showing. Get ‘em right the first time ...with a photographer who knows real estate and how to identify and highlight your home’s best features. Write an appealing description. A property description is more than a list of lifeless facts and stats. It’s an opportunity to tell a buyer what sets your home apart from the rest. Research listing price. Location, size, age, comparable sales, and upgrades all play a role in determining your home’s listing price. A realtor will analyze the latest market data to zero in on a listing price they feel confident in, and you feel great about. Choose a marketing strategy. Marketing your home is more than listing it on Zillow, Realtor.com, and Trulia. Your realtor should use every possible outlet to market your home Facebook, Instagram, virtual tours, flyers, email blasts, and open houses. Nothing is off-limits! When you’re ready, reach out to a realtor who knows your neighborhood and can market it to the world. More questions? Shoot me a message and let me help out, and I’ll send you a copy of the Simply Selling Guide too! See more

Well, hello, November. It’s good to see you again! November is all about being thankful, and I, for one, am not going to miss the chance to name each day what I’m thankful forstarting right now: ... JESUS: This year has been a heavy one. Filled with so many different seasons, my one foundation that has kept me going through the changes has been Jesus! Thankful for His Truth & His People (love my church family) Friendship - So thankful for the friendships I have, some new some old. These amazing friends I have bring such amazing community & support (so essential during this 2020) My Team at work: I have been blessed with an amazing office/team! The support and constant fun at the office brings so much joy. Work never feels like work when your doing it with people you love! & thankful for this guy @_duckymomoj Thank you for enduring all the long talks about work/life, & me forcing you to go running at 6am! I appreciate you Every day from now until Thanksgiving, let’s commit to gratitude. That way, no matter what else this year holds, we’ll all be able to name the good, withstand the bad, and come through stronger when this crazy year finally comes to an end.

Scale up your home’s spookiness just in time for trick-or-treaters. Here’s how: ... 1. Blue, green and purple are mysterious and ghostly while orange and red are more spirited and traditional. 2. Music: With wireless speakers abounding, there’s no reason your spooky new lighting shouldn’t have the music to match. Check your fave music streaming service to see what creepy playlists are available. 3. DIY decorations: Fill exterior windows with disturbing silhouettes. Search online for free downloads to easy to cut, color, and hang. This Friday, instead of Fixing-It-Up, let’s Creep-It-Outjust in time for Halloween! Remember middle school social studies (yeah, sorry to bring that up)? We all learned the difference between wants and needs. Needs? Food, clothing, shelter, and water. Wants? Pretty much everything else. To help focus your house hunting, we’re going to make a wants vs. needs list all of your very own. So grab a pen and paper or your phone and favorite note-taking app and don’t worryI’m here to help keep the two categories straight. Here’s a simple definition. Needs are... the non-negotiable features; the features you simply must have in yor next home. Wants are the ones you’d like to have, but you can add or change down the road. Needs might be things like: Enough square footage for you and your family Sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms First floor master bedroom Close proximity to work and school Attached two-car garage Grassy yard for children's or pet's play area Wants will look more like: Specific paint or exterior color Pool, jacuzzi, or other exterior water feature Fenced-in backyard Specific carpet, hardwood floors, or tile Kitchen amenities like countertops and appliances Walk-in shower or double bathroom vanity in master Don’t feel like your first draft has to be your final draftand above all else, remember you can’t change the lot, the location, or the price you paid so spend a good amount of time thinking through those three before moving on. If you’ve been working through the 90 Day to Homeowner Challenge, you’ve made a huge investment in yourself and your future. (Remember, it's not too late to join Send me a message for more info!) Pre-approval and wants vs. needs checklist in hand? Give me a call and let’s find you the 2021 home of your dreams! @ Realty World- Real Estate Professionals See more
