I like 4th & heart Madagascar vanilla ghee) 1/4 cup raw honey or p...ure maple syrup (or a little of both!) 2 cups Golden Ratio protein (I have vanilla) OR 2 cups almond flour which was part of the original recipe instead of the protein. 1 cup of raw cacao Coconut flakes Pinch of sea salt 1 tsp vanilla Melt your oils, add the vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Distribute in silicone muffin pan (they get stuck in the metal kind) and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Pop in the freezer to harden.
