My favorite pics of Tampa's first 3d event at Twin Rivers last weekend. Lisa Avila of Burgeon Training did some solid riding getting this little horse to fourth... place in her division! What a fun little horse! Tampa's Hanako's offspring: Bashkir Curly/Tb mix. Lisa's put a solid foundation on this young mare and is taking her onward! Available for lease: contact Lisa at [email protected] Additional videos (276S,276D,276xc) found at rideonvideo.net.

I have had the honor of riding and becoming acquainted with various mares and also their offsprings over the years. Hanako is a very special mare to her owner and my program along with the many children she has safely educated over the year. Here is Hanako’s youngster, Tampa Gold, now five years old warming up on day one at her first Event. I often have a chuckle when her moms personality shows through while I am riding. We may not be warming up for the FEI just yet but there is a major sense of pride and accomplishment in bringing a foal along up through the completion of their first big show.
