The more you could explain about the problem the easier it is for us to fix. Try to learn some automotive language. When trying to explain a starting problem, for example, the engine cranks but will not turn over. That is the same symptom. The proper way is, the engine cranks but will not start. Hello all you drivers, are you having a hard time seeing out your windshield when it's raining. Before replacing your wipers, take a quick look at them. If the ends are falling apart, replace them. If they aren't, clean the rubber blade with a damp rag and try them. If it doesn't wipe the windshield clean, then replace them.

Dirt build up will cause the blade to leave steaks. if the bottom of the blade is peeling off, it's time to replace it. Happy driving.
