Check out the Kiwanis Club of Burbank who used their COVID-19 Community Assistance Grant to provide more than 300 books to the Boys and Girls Club of Burbank an...d Greater Valley! Thanks to them, all children who attended their event were able to choose a brand new book to keep up their reading skills during these uncertain times. The book library at the Boys and Girls Club was also filled with new books for children to borrow at any time. Way to go, Burbank Kiwanians! We will be giving away 1700 Books to Children in Burbank on October 24th as Part of Kiwanis ONE DAY - A World Wide Day of Service! All you need to do is Register online at https://forms.gle/iAu4ybRUetKv7MA46 and Drive through the Burbank Community YMCA's Parking Lot to pick up a few Brand NEW Books for your children. Only requirement is that you reside in Burbank :-)! Volunteers will be wearing Masks, Using Hand Sanitizer (or wearing gloves), and abiding by all Covid-19 Restrictions! Remember! Register Online in Advance and then come by on October 24th and pick up your books! BIG Thank You to our Friends at the Burbank Community YMCA for the continuing support!
