We are looking for an experienced preschool teacher for our 2 Year Old classroom to partner up with our teachers to deliver the best care and learning experiences to our youngest preschoolers. We maintain lower than State-required teacher to student ratios (1:9) and aim to provide a nurturing environment that helps our 2 year olds transition and thrive as they play, explore, discover, and learn. You must be highly collaborative, great at communication with your team members a...nd parents, and care about delivering creative learning activities in a classroom aligned with our program curriculum. You should be energetic and able to keep up with this active age group, and capable of lifting weight of 30-40 lbs multiple times per day as a part of normal job responsibilities with this age group. Educational Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain * Must have completed 12 units of child development including core ECE classes * Must meet education and experience criteria required by the state. For Infant teachers, must have 3 units in ECE Infant/Toddler Development/Environment or willing to enroll after you join COVID Protocols: We are all set to protect our school and children during this pandemic. We follow very strict policies for check in and check out, daily cleaning and sanitizing of the classrooms.
