Carlos Ramirez, #ProjectManager & Senior #Electrical Designer brings creative thinking, positivity and #solutions to our electrical design team at Budlong. He is our #Modular #building design guru and has worked on prominent modular projects such as the LA County Vignes Supportive Housing and Buena Park Emergency Shelter. Carlos is a proven leader with outstanding communication skills and client relationships, and also brings excellent business insights to the company. His expertise include #Electrical power distribution, lighting and low voltage system, design for industrial, #multi-family, #mixed-use, #commercial and #educational facilities, including data, security public address, TV and fire alarm systems. Budlong provided #MEP/FP #design for the new office building that was built on a previously developed site (existing building to be demolished) for Patagonia. The building accommodates Patagonia’s in-house clothing design, clothing mockup, and #marketing departments. This #building has no private offices all personnel work in an open #office environment, with conference rooms and small flex-space private rooms provided for private meetings and quiet work. This project did not pursue #LEED or any other rating system, but considered #LEED and Living Building Challenge as its framework for providing the most #environmentally responsible #project possible without compromising the schedule.
