How often should we get massage You already know that regular massages help alleviate a myriad of ailments from pain to stress relief and everything in between- but how often is regular? The answer, of course, is it depends.... If you sit at a desk for 40+ hours per week: biweekly or monthly If you’ve got an injury: weekly or biweekly until your symptoms start to subside, then you can space more time between your sessions. If you have chronic pain: weekly or biweekly If you’re a regular at the gym: weekly If you’re under major stress: weekly

In each therapy room we have installed Air Purifiers that can help cleanse the air and kill the Germs and Virus. We wipe and spray sanititzer on the face rest and change the face rest cover each time.... We use sheets from ALSCO that are NSF-Certified Hygienically clean. We have used their service for the last 9 years. if there is anything else that we could do to make you feel more comfortable, please let us know. We're happy to do so.
