Brewing a yet unnamed Sour NE IPA this weekend to pour at the Steinbeck Home Brew festival May 6th! Kettle soured with lactobacillus plantarum for a light tartness, with tons of Galaxy, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin hops for a (hopefully) smooth and super juicy hoppiness. http://www.steinbeckrotary.org/shbf2017/

Down the way, husband and wife home brewing team Jeff and Casey Buck excitedly showed off beers from Buck Stops Here Brewing such as their Bologne Cologne Kolsch.
