Hey everybody! What has been the biggest struggle with your fitness/health goals through this COVID-19 quarentine?

Your harshest critic is always going to be yourself. Don't ignore that critic but don't give it more attention than it deserves It’s been hard finding some motivation lately through the holidays, injury, a heavy work load and of course all the play. What drives me best, is me being hard on myself and holding myself to a higher standard #mondaymotivation #higherstandards
